The Idalis Anti-Spammer System, the core of our SMTP gateway, performs several never before used tactics to "devalue" non-compliant spam and fraud. Our system raises the cost of non-compliant messaging considerably for the sender while also lowering their chance of profit. By ruining the "spammer", we ruin the spam.

The revolutionary Anti-Spammer Systems' features include

Message Identity and Comparison - Non-compliant senders send millions of the same, yet slightly altered message. Idalis' patent pending technology can identify multiple messages attributed to themselves then check for randomization. We are seeing 90-95% of all e-mail which fits this non-compliant criteria.

Real Time URL Filter and Confirmation Staff - Every "blast" of messages detected and sorted alert our Network Operations Center who confirm the message, review any websites or redirects, and add those characteristics to the real time worldwide kill file and Blocked Domain list. All of this is done in seconds and is anonymous as to any original recipients or individual message characteristics maintaining 100% e-mail privacy. This system by design only reports flagged "blasts" and not individual messages to maintain messaging security. We confirm offloaded message signatures (headers, body) which apply to the entire spam "blast" thus making an accurate networked URL filter possible. This scalable method guarantees that every mutation of varying messages are rejected.

Multi-Algorithm Sorting Engine - No longer a primary technology for ending spam, but great for keeping e-mail from the inbox, our custom implemented sorting engine does a content analysis of each message and flags those messages not making compliant criteria. We have a decreased sorting false positive rate due to a second pass of all deleted messages which are checked globally based on how they are sent (illegally or not).


Phishing and Identity Theft protection - using our message identification technology along with rules based logic we can better detect and block those trying to steal identities and financial information via e-mail. This is a considerable improvement over manual reporting systems and includes evidence collection.

ViDentify™ Virus Identification and Containment System
Using the same patent pending technology as our Anti-Spammer system, we can detect a computer worm or virus before it has been classified as being malicious and begin deleting or "Containing" new discoveries before they cause further damage. The advantages of our system is that we no longer have to rely on manual reporting and inoculation development in order to delete spreading viruses, rather, we can detect, report, confirm, and delete or contain these files based on how they are spreading. This system, included with the Anti-Spammer gateway, can save networks millions in losses due to slow virus inoculation response times.

Licensing and Data Sharing - every vendor which licenses the Idalis Technologies can obtain virus samples immediately after we discover them, by including our discovery engine into their scanning technology.

Rules based holding - our system can hold "suspected" message attachments in quarantine, but not for days like other systems since our "containment" updates occur in seconds, not hours and days.

Virus Interrogation - exactly what it sounds like, when we have a match or discovery, we obtain a sample and let it infect our own separate network at Idalis to track hundreds of ways the virus spreads in seconds. We use the information viruses use to spread to delete further instances, before the damage gets worse.

BrowseSafe Collaboration - used in conjunction with our free BrowseSafe plug-in, we are able to block both hyperlinks in e-mails which unknowingly download malware, and static IP addresses of computers which viruses use to download additional virus components or even other viruses. Idalis BrowseSafe Browser Plug-in
BrowseSafe is a free browser plug-in which blocks the URL or website of every non-compliant blast detected. It can also block sites which are used to download additional viruses or other malware. Users are redirected to a warning page with legitimate advertisements marketing similar products as the "spammer". Our BrowseSafe licensing network is fully open to those wishing to incorporate this checking into their Browser enabled software or toolbars.
